TRACE Academy meets its financial responsibilities solely through the financial commitment and donations of the participating families. We receive no subsidies or grants from other sources. Therefore, the ongoing program is dependent on the timely fulfillment of each family’s monthly financial commitment. The TRACE Academy board must approve any alterations in this payment plan. Following is a schedule of financial commitments for 2009-2010. Monthly figures in () are based on a 10-month schedule, August through May.
Tuition
- First child $2,100 per year ($210/mo)
- Second child $1,900 per year ($190/mo)
- Third child $1,700 per year ($170/mo)
- Fourth child $1,700 per year ($170/mo)
- Fifth child $1,700 per year ($170/mo)
The ability to pay the full tuition amount is required for acceptance.
1. Monthly financial commitments are due on the first of each month beginning August 1st. There is a $10.00 late fee for payments received after the 10th of the month.
2. You are expected to contact the school if you become unable to meet your monthly financial commitment.
3. If a family is not able to meet its financial commitment for two months, a conference will be arranged to determine ways in which a family can continue to meet its financial commitment or to discuss the possibility of withdrawing their children from school.
4. A monthly statement is not sent.
5. Financial commitments must be mailed to the school address or put in the TRACE Tuition box in the office. Please do not give your check to anyone on campus.
6. There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
7. To maintain priority status for re-enrollment all past accounts must be made current by Feb.1st.
8. If you choose to withdraw your child from school, a written two weeks notice must be given. School records will be held until complete payment is received. Full (non – discounted) payment for the following two months after child (ren) is withdrawn from the school is required.
9. Each year there is a non-refundable registration fee due for each child who will be enrolled for the following year. Due dates and amount of registration is approved by the Board each year at re-enrollment time.
